APPOINTMENT POLICIES

APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION, & REFUND POLICY 

In my commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all my clients and out of consideration for everyone's time, I have adopted the following policies: 

I require a credit card number to hold appointments for all clients.  

I understand that unexpected events occur and you may need to cancel an appointment. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 12 hours in advance.  

No fee will be charged for appointments that are rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.  

Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled without a minimum 12 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full service or a minimum of $35.00. The same fee applies to no-shows.  

LATE POLICY 

Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes early. Early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience for you, me, and my clients booked after you. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened or cancelled with fees applied.  

PAYMENT POLICY 

  • Illumine Beauty Studio accepts Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. 
  • Your balance must be paid in full at the time of your visit. 
  • Cash can be accepted for services and/or gratuity, but please keep in mind I do not keep change.

REFUND POLICY 

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on services. Please contact me immediately if you are unsatisfied with any service received. 

STUDIO ETIQUETTE 

In order to maintain a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, please silence cell phones while inside the building.  

When in the service area, be mindful of neighboring treatment rooms. Keep conversations at a low volume. 

I understand how challenging it is finding time for yourself. For the safety of your children, no child may accompany you while you are having a service unless the minor is scheduled for a service at the same time. 

Service animals are allowed. Please, no other pets. I am allergic to cats and dogs.
